Seafastening for Tripod Foundations

The tripod foundations for the windfarm Global Tech 1 had to be transported to site. OVERDICK designed the seafastening and grillage for the tripods, their piles and several additional seafastening components (e.g. vibro hammer and upending tool). The seafastening allows an easy handling for lashing the tripods and foundation piles to the vessel.
For the transport and installation of wind turbines, towers, substructures and tripods, the jack-up vessel INNOVATION was used. For more information about the jack-up vessel, please click here
