Marine Operations and Decommissioning
Petronas Gas Bhd (Petronas) built a marine jetty as part of their LNG regasification facilities at the nearshore Sungai Udang site in Melaka. The jetty is an offshore LNG island with storage and unloading berths situated in northwest of Melaka city.
The jetty consists of 22 jackets, of which 12 are for mooring dolphins and 10 are for breasting dolphins. In addition, the LEKAS project includes three piled loading platforms and one for utility platform.
Overdick represented by Overdick (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has performed the engineering works for the transportations and heavy lifts for this project.
